How to Increase Participation During Asynchronous Instruction (Part 2) — Easy EdTech Podcast 088

In this episode, I’ll share participation strategies to try out when students are working on their own, or through self-paced activities during asynchronous instruction. You’ll hear six strategies and a half-dozen EdTech tools to help you put these ideas into action.

  • First, think about how you want self-paced instruction to look like.
  • Next, try just one strategy on the list, like video updates.
  • Then, ask students about the strategy and what they might change.
  • Finally, add that to your routine and revisit the list.
