You may have seen my post last year on Happy Numbers. It’s an online learning tool for K-2 students. This tool introduces a variety of math concepts through math exercises. Happy Numbers has added a handful of new exercises that you’ll want to check out. These new activities build upon the current exercises to help students take their learning to the next level.
K-2 Math Exercises
These new exercises include addition equations for building student strategies and number flexibility. The goal is to give students multiple tools for solving addition problems through modeling and varied equations. There are also two new activities on multiplication and equal grouping. These exercises have pictures and virtual manipulatives to help students grasp multiplication concepts.
