Have you heard the news? Buncee recently launched a brand new feature to help promote creativity in your classroom, Buncee Ideas Lab. This new feature gives classrooms the tools they need to easily innovate learning in your school, by featuring a variety of tips, tutorials, and pre-made templates.
Buncee’s blank creation canvas gives classrooms the freedom to let their creativity run wild! But if you’re in search of inspiration, this new feature has you covered. Ideas Lab helps classrooms achieve just that by going beyond simply lessons, and offering inspiration for everyone from teachers to students to administrators.
Buncee Ideas Lab
Ideas Lab is a hub for ongoing inspiration. It includes templates for activities to learn how to unlock creativity, anytime, anywhere, for nearly anything. The Ideas Lab is searchable in twenty topic areas and featuring 250+ (and counting!) out-of-the-box ways to use Buncee in and beyond the classroom.
This new feature has plenty of inspiration for your next classroom activity. You’ll learn how to create great Buncees – from lesson plans to book journals and more. Here are four examples of what you’ll find in the new Ideas Lab hub!
Entrepreneurship Activity
Build and market your own business: Teach students to build their own business and then market it using Buncee! First, conceptualize the business idea. Students can then create branded posters, business cards, brochures, ads, social media banners, or any other component needed to market a business.
Historical Figure Spotlight
Social media campaign for a historical figure: With Buncee, students can create a profile of a historical figure, and tell the story of an event from the past through their social posts. Using the many canvas sizes Buncee offers, students can create all the components needed to push out the social campaign of someone that made an impact on history.
Classroom Book Trailers
Book trailer: Students can record a video explaining the plot and main characters of a book they’ve read. Then they can recreate a scene from the book using backgrounds, stickers, and animations. Of course, you’ll want to share exemplars like the one linked here to help them focus on their persuasive writing skills.
Writing Inspiration
Creative writing prompts: Students can share their responses to creative writing prompts with Buncee. Students can create a visual scene using Buncee on a topic of their choice. They can take what they shared in a traditional writing response and share their stories with classmates. Students can then transform their descriptive writing into a Buncee scene.
Ideas Lab is a hub of creative and inspiring ideas that is growing with new submissions. It can help your school empower student voice, teach 21st-century skills, create an engaging classroom environment, and foster school community. Ideas Lab is a product of the dedicated community of educators that Buncee works closely with daily.
