Is there such a thing as the “perfect” EdTech tool? As a classroom teacher, I was always on the hunt for new iPad apps or websites. I hoped they would address different goals I had for students. In these early days of curating resources, I tried to filter out the fluff. I knew I needed to focus in on high-quality EdTech tools that could be used in many different ways.
If you’re a regular follower of the blog, you’ve probably heard me reference the “tasks before apps” mindset. It’s also referenced in my book with the same title. When we place tasks before apps as educators, we make sure that the learning stays front and center. Well, I’m very excited to host a webinar in partnership with Netref. This webinar will tackle the question of how to best evaluate EdTech tools.
