JotForm 4.0 now also has a smoother drag and drop interface for form creation. With the new option to see revision history, you can easily revert back to a previous version with a single click. JotForm 4.0 lets users collaborate and edit documents together. So teachers can build quizzes, surveys and permission slips. You can make anything needed to collect information from a group of students, families or community members. All of this can take place while working together with a colleague.
In addition to these features, the permission slip forms can collect parent signatures. It’s also possible to collect payments directly through the form.
