Teachers using the Developmental Reading Assessment (DRA2+) can now gather formative reading assessment data on their iPad. This app guides teachers through a literacy assessment. This data collection happens as they observe, record and evaluate changes in the reading performances of their students. It is certainly a great option for schools making a move to paperless reporting.

The app also lets teachers access DRA2 Benchmark, and the Word Analysis and Progress Monitoring. There is also access to EDL2 Benchmark, EDL2 Word Analysis and Spanish Progress Monitoring Assessments. It includes automatic scoring. There is also an ongoing view of student progress that makes it easier to differentiate instruction.
