Turnitin Feedback Studio with Commenting

Providing students with timely, meaningful feedback is essential in all classrooms. I’m a big fan of tools that make formative assessment more efficient for teachers and more useful for students. This includes the commenting and feedback app from Turnitin. The folks at Turnitin have released the Feedback Studio iPad app. Now teachers and students can connect and share their work with one another.

Teacher Feedback App

With a few taps of their screen students can now view Similarity Reports, instructor feedback, and grades. Turnitin Feedback Studio gives college instructors and middle school and high school teachers the power to use their iPad to give feedback and make comments on student papers while they are on the go. Students now have immediate access to feedback from instructors. This can help develop their writing skills inside and outside of the classroom. With the iPad app you teachers can grade offline instead of having to access the web.

As an iPad user I love when tools I use on the web have a complementing app to make it easier to access content – or grade on the go. Formative assessment is so important and I love how the Feedback Studio iPad app let’s users see all the feedback on the page so clearly. Learn more about Turnitin Feedback Studio by visiting their website or heading to the Apple App Store!
