UpGrade Learning Station: Keep Kids Moving in Your Classroom

You can keep kids moving as they work independently or collaboratively with The UpGrade. This super cool option for active learning spaces is perfect for creating a learning station. Instead of replacing desks in your classroom, The UpGrade™ from FluidStance is a new option. It  can create a learning station for students. It combines an adjustable height table with a motion platform called the Grade – the board you see students standing on in the video below.

Keep Kids Moving

If you’ve walked into a K-12 classroom you know that students who are asked to sit completely still often struggle with this task. The folks behind The UpGrade designed this learning station to give students an opportunity to move as they work. The UpGrade could be used in a classroom, library, media center, you name it. Check out the video clip below to see The UpGrade in action.

Teachers have piloted these learning stations across the country. There is also a special promotion happening now as part of their KickStarter. For the first 300 purchases of an UpGrade system, FluidStance will also donate a matching system to the school of the buyer’s choice, or donate one on your behalf to StandupKids.org, an organization that helps kids lead healthy, active lifestyles.
