Thinglink for Interactive Images: Amazing Creation Tool

I love tools that turn your tablet into a content creation tool.  Thinglink is a fantastic example of an app that lets users become creators.  With this app teachers and students can layer information on top of any image that they like – making interactive images.  They might find a primary source document and add questions for students to answer, or ask students to snap a picture of a text and add text, video, and links to bring a sentence to life.

Interactive Images

Start off by choosing the picture you want to use.  Then add targets to any spot on the image.  Connect these targets to multimedia (text, links, video).  Share the link.  It’s that simple.  Thinglinks can be created on iOS and Android devices or on the web.  It’s a great app for BYOD (bring your own device) environments or for students to use outside of the classroom.

Add a comment with a link to a Thinglink you’ve created or tweet it to share it with your PLN!
