STOPit School Bullying Prevention Program

If bullying is a problem at your school or you are looking for a program to compliment a digital citizenship initiative take a look at STOPit.  It is a school program that provides tools for teachers to help them empower their students and decrease instances of bullying.  This goal of STOPit is to inspire a positive community in your school building and help schools work with all stakeholders to deter bullying behavior.

image008They offer a mobile app for students to report incidents of bullying and connect with a crisis center if they need help.  STOPit also provides a bullying incident management and reporting system for schools as well as posters and promotional items.  They even hold Cybersafe Rallies to keep students, teachers, and parents engaged in the anti-bullying movement.
