Shmoop Learning Guides and Test Prep

Shmoop is an online resource for students and teachers offering a wide range of content.  Their mission is to make learning accessible, relatable and fun so that students are engaged as they interact with course material.  Shmoop provides users access to free learning guides and study tools written by teachers and experts in their fields.  They have content that is designed for elementary, middle, high school, and college students.  This includes courses on “Breaking Bad as Literature” and “Bruce Springsteen’s America.”

Career Research and Decision MakingCourse content from Shmoop has been used in schools across the country.  You’ll find a whole section of their site dedicated to teachers where you can dive into Common Core and Digital Literacy resources.  Whether you share this content with your students or recommend it to parents looking to support their students at home, your kids will benefit from the variety of study tools available.
